Public Law
Simon has significant experience of representing clients bringing and defending applications to the High Court for judicial review of administrative decisions and of appealing decisions of administrative and quasi-judicial bodies to the higher courts.
He is also experienced appearing as counsel for parties before such tribunals and bodies including, among others, the Human Rights Review Tribunal, the Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal and the Real Estate Agents Disciplinary Tribunal.
