Court of Appeal decision clarifies law relating to Knowing Receipt

On 11 October 2017, the Court of Appeal gave judgment in favour of the respondents in McLennan v Livaja [2017] NZCA 446. Simon acted for the successful respondents. The decision is important in that it clarifies the legal test for the knowledge required to establish a cause of action in knowing receipt.
