Simon drafts submission for the NZLS on the Education Amendment Bill

High Court judgment in February 2014 in A v Hutchinson & Green Bay High School.  Simon represented the student in his successful judicial review of the decisions of Green Bay High School to suspend and then exclude him from school. June 2015 – Court of Appeal dismisses appeal brought by the school.

Simon represented the Director of Human Rights Proceedings in the Director’s claim against the Sensible Sentencing Trust for breach of the Privacy Act.
