Simon’s article on the Rena published in the New Zealand Journal of Public and International Law

Simon’s paper relating to the ability of victims to obtain compensation for damage caused by the wreck of the Rena container ship and resulting oil spill was published in the December 2014 edition of the New Zealand Journal of Public and International Law at (2014) 12 NZJPIL 261. The paper is called Compensation for Pollution from the Rena.  An abstract is attached abstract for maritime limitation paper
